By downloading, installing, or using VIKASA Network, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

VIKASA Network includes a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. When you submit KYC, you provide:
KYC verification is required to unlock advanced features on the platform, including (in future phases) withdrawals and higher reward tiers. This is in line with applicable Indian regulations on identity verification for digital reward and financial services platforms.

VIKASA Network uses Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads in the Earn section. Watching ads is entirely voluntary — it rewards you with additional VIK tokens.

VIKASA Network is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
KYC verification requires a government-issued identity document, which inherently limits usage to adults.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, please contact us immediately at the email below. We will delete the account and all associated data within 7 days of confirmation.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our App features, legal requirements, or operational practices.
When we make significant changes, we will:
Your continued use of VIKASA Network after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
When VIKASA Network introduces withdrawal features, phone number verification (OTP), and enhanced financial services, this policy will be updated to cover: banking/financial data processing, RBI-mandated disclosures, and enhanced KYC requirements. Users will be notified and must re-accept the updated policy before accessing those features.
