Why KYC Is Required

KYC verification is required to unlock advanced features on the platform, including (in future phases) withdrawals and higher reward tiers. This is in line with applicable Indian regulations on identity verification for digital reward and financial services platforms.

Your identity documents are sensitive. We take their security seriously. They are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored with restricted access controls. You may request deletion of your KYC documents by contacting us.

Advertising — Google AdMob

VIKASA Network uses Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads in the Earn section. Watching ads is entirely voluntary — it rewards you with additional VIK tokens.

Children's Privacy

VIKASA Network is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

KYC verification requires a government-issued identity document, which inherently limits usage to adults.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, please contact us immediately at the email below. We will delete the account and all associated data within 7 days of confirmation.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our App features, legal requirements, or operational practices.

When we make significant changes, we will:

Upcoming Phase 2 Changes

When VIKASA Network introduces withdrawal features, phone number verification (OTP), and enhanced financial services, this policy will be updated to cover: banking/financial data processing, RBI-mandated disclosures, and enhanced KYC requirements. Users will be notified and must re-accept the updated policy before accessing those features.
