⚠️ Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted:
- Your VIK token balance will be permanently forfeited
- All staking positions will be closed and tokens lost
- Your posts, messages, and community content will be removed
- Your referral links will become inactive
- You will not be able to recover this account
Method 1 — Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the VIKASA app:
Open VIKASA
Launch the VIKASA app on your Android device and log in to your account.
Go to Profile
Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Open Settings
Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner of your profile page.
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm Deletion
Read the warning, then confirm by tapping "Yes, Delete My Account". Your account will be deleted immediately.
Method 2 — Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing our support team:
Send an email to support@vikasanetwork.com with the following details:
Hi VIKASA Support,
I would like to permanently delete my VIKASA account.
Registered Email: [your registered email address]
Display Name / Handle: [your VIKASA username]
Reason (optional): [your reason]
I understand this action is permanent and my VIK balance will be forfeited.
Thank you,
[Your name]
Our team will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.
What Data Gets Deleted

- Community posts, comments, and likes
- Direct messages sent and received
- Referral history
- Notification preferences
- KYC submission data (photos, documents)
- Firebase Authentication record
📋 Retained for Legal Compliance
Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law:
- Transaction logs — retained for up to 5 years (financial compliance)
- Fraud prevention records — retained for up to 2 years
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics data (not personally identifiable)
This data cannot be used to identify you and is retained solely to meet legal obligations.

✅ Alternatives to Deletion
Before deleting, consider these options:
- Pause notifications — turn off all push notifications in Settings
- Log out — simply sign out and stop using the app
- Contact support — if you're having an issue, we'd love to help resolve it
