Welcome to VIKASA Network. By downloading, accessing, or using the VIKASA mobile application or website (vikasanetwork.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Summary (Plain English)
- VIKASA is free to use — earn VIK tokens by watching ads and completing tasks
- VIK tokens have in-app value — future redemption features are subject to availability
- You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use VIKASA
- Do not attempt to cheat, exploit, or fake activity to earn rewards
- We can suspend accounts that violate these terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using VIKASA, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old, or 13+ with verifiable parental/guardian consent
- Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
- Agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VIKASA.
2. Account Registration
To access VIKASA features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your login credentials confidential — do not share your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Maintain only one account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
VIKASA reserves the right to verify your identity and may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to unlock certain features.
3. VIK Tokens & Rewards
Earning VIK
You can earn VIK tokens through the following legitimate activities:
- Daily Claim — collecting your daily free VIK allocation
- Watch & Earn — watching complete rewarded video ads via Google AdMob
- Social Tasks — completing verified tasks such as follows, shares, and engagements
- Referrals — inviting new genuine users to join VIKASA
- Staking rewards — interest earned on staked VIK
VIK Token Value
VIK tokens are in-app reward points with a defined internal value. VIKASA does not guarantee any specific monetary exchange rate for VIK tokens. Future redemption or withdrawal features (Phase 2 and Phase 3) are subject to development, availability, and regulatory compliance.
Staking
Users may stake a minimum of 50 VIK for defined lock-up periods (6 months to 5 years) to earn stated APY returns. Staked VIK cannot be withdrawn before the lock-up period ends. VIKASA reserves the right to adjust staking parameters with 30 days' notice.
⛔ Prohibited Reward Activities
The following actions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all VIK balance:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn rewards
- Creating multiple accounts to claim rewards multiple times
- Using emulators, VPNs, or fake devices to manipulate ad impressions
- Exploiting bugs or glitches — these must be reported to us
- Selling, transferring, or trading VIK outside of the VIKASA platform
- Submitting false or forged KYC documents
4. User Conduct
When using VIKASA's community features (feed, DMs, comments), you agree not to:
- Post hateful, abusive, discriminatory, or violent content
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
- Share spam, unsolicited promotions, or phishing links
- Post content that infringes on any intellectual property rights
- Share illegal, adult, or explicit content
- Attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt VIKASA's infrastructure
VIKASA may remove content that violates these rules at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, and brand elements of VIKASA Network are the exclusive property of VIKASA Network. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any VIKASA content without express written permission.
User-generated content (your posts, comments, photos) remains yours. By posting on VIKASA, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the app.
6. Advertising
VIKASA uses Google AdMob to serve rewarded video advertisements. By using the Watch & Earn feature, you agree to:
- View ads as presented — skipping or closing ads before completion will not earn rewards
- Google's advertising terms and privacy policy applying to ad delivery
- Your Android Advertising ID being used to serve relevant ads
7. Privacy
Your use of VIKASA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using VIKASA, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
VIKASA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Provide false information during registration or KYC
- Have not logged in for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account)
Upon termination, your VIK balance and staking positions may be forfeited. You may delete your own account at any time via the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or via vikasanetwork.com/delete-account.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
VIKASA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for any loss of VIK tokens due to technical failures beyond our control
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of VIK tokens in your account at the time of the claim
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Your continued use of VIKASA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
